1. General Terms

Welcome to the 1mdbet platform. This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 1mdbet ("Platform", "We" or "Company"). 3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per User

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 1mdbet platform. Holding more than one account, whether under the same or a different name, is a serious breach of these terms and will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any existing balance.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

Users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including their full name as per their identity card (MyKad or passport), mobile phone number, and a valid email address. 1mdbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the account review process.

3.3 Password Security

Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. 1mdbet will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their password. Please contact our 24/7 customer support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

1mdbet supports several major payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. All transactions are processed through a secure and protected encryption system.

4.1 Payment Methods

Deposit and withdrawal methods accepted by 1mdbet are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

4.2 Withdrawal Verification

All withdrawal requests are subject to an internal review process before approval. 1mdbet reserves the right to request additional documents for compliance and identity verification purposes. Any withdrawal attempt suspected of fraud will be held pending the completion of an investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

1mdbet offers a welcome bonus of 120% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus value before any withdrawal from the bonus amount is permitted.

Verified calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Wagering requirement: RM120 × 10 = RM1,200
• Deposit RM1,600 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,488 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 10 = RM8,880

5.2 VIP Programme and Cashback

The 1mdbet VIP programme comprises four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers increasing weekly cashback — from up to 0.4% (Bronze) to up to 1.5% (Platinum). Tier progression is based on a member's activity and loyalty on the platform.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per registered account.
• 1mdbet reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse or manipulate any promotion will result in cancellation of the bonus and further action against the account in question.
• Bonus value cannot be transferred to another user.

6. Game Rules

All games offered on the 1mdbet platform are operated by licensed and recognised software providers. Specific rules for each game — including slots, live casino, sportsbook, baccarat, roulette, blackjack and sic bo — are as displayed within each game's interface.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following on the 1mdbet platform:

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by User

Users may close their account at any time by contacting 1mdbet customer support. Before closure is processed, all wagering requirements tied to active bonuses must be completed, or those bonuses will be cancelled. Valid balances will be returned to the user once the review is complete.

8.2 Closure by 1mdbet

1mdbet reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the user is under 21 years of age.
• Account information that is inaccurate or cannot be verified.
• Suspected activity related to fraud, money laundering, or game manipulation.
• Request from a relevant legal authority.

9. Personal Data Protection

1mdbet collects and processes users' personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the platform's privacy policy. 10. Limitation of Liability

1mdbet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including losses due to system failures, network disruptions, or technical errors beyond our control.

Users acknowledge that participating in betting activities carries the risk of financial loss and that they participate entirely at their own risk. 1mdbet makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of any game or bet.

11. Responsible Gambling

Continued use of the 1mdbet platform after any amendments are published constitutes the user's acceptance of the revised terms. If a user does not agree with the changes, they have the right to close their account.
